It was HOT and HUMID!!!!!!

My husband, a friend, and I ran in the Capital 10,000 10K run yesterday! It's a great run because there are 13,000 plus people running in this race in downtown Austin by the Capitol. Some people wear costumes, funky hats, and interesting tee shirts. The first year I ran I passed a woman running topless. I didn't turn around, trust me!

This year it was way too hot and humid. It definitely challanged all three of us! I looked up our race times last night and showed them to my husband. He said, "Hey, we finished it, didn't we?"

Yes we did! Thank goodness!
