Training Begins this week!
I will begin Triathlon Training this week and I will be posting my weekly training schedule!
My friend Susie lives in a small town and doesn't have access to a training class so I will be posting the schedule for her to do on her own!
Maybe you can train with us, too!
Monday (yesterday) - Rest or Run 20-30 minutues continuous, easy to moderate pace
Tuesday - Swim 500- 850 yds. Level 1/ 850-1200 yds Level 2
Wednesday - Bike 45 minutes ,easy ride
Thursday - Swim Group workout session - I will let you know what we do!
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Run Group workout session - Last year we warmed up 4 laps and ran 4 laps as fast as we could run. (2 miles)
Sunday - Swim or Bike (Choose one)
Swim: 850-1000 yds Level 1; 1000- 1500 yds Level 2 or Bike: 8 miles Level 1; 12 miles Level 2 constant easy pace

I tried to post a few days ago but it wouldn't go through... strange. Anyway. What a challenging schedule! I will be interested in cheering you on. Not so interested in joining you in the activities. Whew! Lotsa work, but you can do it!
