It that time again!
My body and mind are feeling good. I have been a little lazy since we moved into our new home last September. I still kept up my running but only once or twice a week. I gained about five pounds over the holidays and lost some of my muscle - yikes - not a good thing. But, I am back!
It's time to start training for the triathlon. It feels really good! I will be swimming, running, and biking every week. It's amazing how fast my body changes when I start combining all three activities into my workout. Kiss that five pounds goodbye!
I will try to be better about posting my workouts this year. Officially training doesn't start until April 18th. Before then I will workout on my own and with my biking and running buddies. I have two friends who will be doing the triathlon with me this year. It is soooo much fun. Want to train with us?
